It's sad seeing a Nun and a Friar get arrested but it means everyone is starting to get it and is fighting back. I still have my faith in humanity.

Hundreds and hundreds of outside the building in D.C. where nuns and priests just got arrested singing: “And they shall know we are Christian by our love.” This is what Jesus would do.

When nuns are being arrested because they object to the separation of children from their parents, and to the incarceration of those children in concentration camps, America is not great again.

As someone who was raised Catholic and still considers myself Catholic I’m so proud of the protest and am disgusted that these women who follow in Jesus’s example are being arrested for protesting an inhuman organization

Replying to @JoshuaPotash @rnjack
Sometimes people from my (Catholic) church ask me with astonishment why I am a Democrat. Because, I tell them, I paid attention to Jesus’s teachings during Catechism and I try to live my life by them.
