friends. I'm having a hard day. It is one of those how-the-fuck-am-I-going-to-do-this kind of days. Needing spoons, like the usual, yes, but also needing to not feel so down about the pain life.

myth 😡😡😡 you might have well have added that those with this condition just use a couple of Panadols a day to help ease the “mild” pain associated with this condition

Occasionally longer, sorry but this tweet is why people who have suffer. Doctors, Employees, and people in general see this and then look at us and think were making it up. Makes me so angry, I fight every day with my CRPS and have done for over 15 years.

friends...what’s up with the veins being so pronounced during flares & high pain days? I will never get used to seeing all these color changes, it’s just so crazy to me!

Dreading hubby going away on his big bike ride on Thursday....not because of his safety, he'll be fine, but because I'm petrified that I won't be able to cope 😫

You don’t have to have to help. If you’re in one of these states and are an abled please help out 🧡 Many times those with CRPS just don’t have the strength to do it. It may sound silly but it’s the truth. It would mean a lot 🧡❤️🧡

Thought of the day Sometimes we need someone to simply be there. Not to fix anything, or to do anything in particular, but just to let us feel that we are cared for and supported.

So lucky to have a wonderful GP that understands neuropathic pain. After a lot of fighting due to my age I've been prescribed Gabapentin to hopefully alleviate some of the agony I'm in every day.

I always wanted a big family & I thought meant no more kids Now I have 12 kids ranging in age from 4-17yo. It's amazing how many of them put me on their for school! I don't know what I'd do without them. They force me to be better. I'm so proud of all of them

“Grief is an irreversible current of sadness” . Constantly struggling with or any can feel as though not only the world but your own body has turned against you. Cherish those close to you and never be afraid to find/ask for help when you can.
