You know you’re a when you purposely sit in the last row of a flight so you can get on the right side of the plane to get an ariel view of the possible severe storms. Here is pic of a towering cumulus w/ slight rotation in its updraft.

It occurred to me today that it is exactly 28 years since I arrived in Denver! Showed up for work at the old KUSA building on Bannock Street! Worked with Sardella & Landess, Zappolo & a host of really awesome folks! Crazy how fast time flies by!

The Fountain Creek located near I25 and S. Nevada Ave has risen from 5.4 feet to around 9.9 feet in the past 20 minutes ending at 510 PM. Anyone near river banks in the Fountain area should move to higher ground.
