This is another blatant lie from Dr. Salvana. If you check all relevant epidemiological metrics of testing, positivity, case-fatality, and recovery, the Philippines is one of only three countries that are consistently performing poorly across all metrics.

On duty cycles: Medyo hindi ko gets ang advantage ng (1 week on, 1 week off) x 2 compared sa 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Same work load per month, but we save test kits by testing only once per month and we get to observe the full 14-day quarantine period. 🤷‍♂️
