Any policy that does not actively strive to minimize the number of infections is equally unethical. Rich countries like US, UK, and NL can afford the measures necessary to protect their populations. Their failure to implement those measures vigorously is inexcusable.

when it comes to masks, some argue its the matter of fear/no fear thats NOT true its the matter of justifiable fear/unjustifiable fear fear of catching or spreading virus=justifiable fear of showing fear or not fitting in=unjustifiable it's your call

One of the most difficult stories to read. The day the Dutch CDC () announces "zero dead", 42 y.o. nurse passes away laying in the ICU at his own hospital... 🕯💔

Just throwing this out there again. It’s a big issue for Labrador students, with some having to leave their hometowns to do online learning.

The Dutch & government: Early 2020 - we westerners are not accustomed to wear face masks as Asians do. Late 2020 - we Dutch are not accustomed to wear face masks as the rest of the world does. AF 🤷‍♀️

I think it's what I thought; dutch hospitals did overflow and lots of people were probably not admitted to hospital though they needed it. In other countries their hospitals 90+ y olds recovered. In NL 90+ y old wouldn't even get to the hospital 🤷
