A large northwest swell will arrive along the coast mid-week with forerunners expected starting Weds morning. Swells will then build Weds night and Thrs before diminishing on Fri. Pay close attention to the forecast in the coming days, and never turn your back to the ocean.

Widespread beneficial rain & mountain snow Tues-Weds across NorCal. Up to a couple inches in typical wet spots in foothills/North Coast, and up to half inch or so near SF Bay Area. This will be "fire season ending" rain in some areas--including portions of Bay Area!
