I did it ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ. It has taken considerably longer than 9 weeks but I have completed week 9 run 3 and can run for 30 minutes. I canโ€™t do 5k in that time, but I can run.

Today I ran for an hour, covering just over 4.5 miles. When I started in September, I thought Iโ€™d pass out after running for ninety seconds. So, this is better. ๐Ÿƒ

couch to 5k. W7R2. Not the best run. After 15 minutes I found I had to walk for a few minutes. Bit disappointed as I kept up with the programme until now. Try again Friday!
