Got myself some ramen for dinner after my โ€œactive restโ€ workout and Iโ€™m feeling pretty good. Iโ€™m hoping the walking will be enough to make tomorrowโ€™s run a success since Iโ€™m moving to the week 2 intervals. Pray for me

Gonna try running again, using as a guide to avoid the knee pain Iโ€™ve always experienced in the past. Wanna be like and . A beach run today still let me find these little beauties during my warmup/cool down.

Iโ€™ve ran three times a week for seven weeks now and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else who considers themselves a non-runner. Couch to five-K is life.

Started Couch to 5K again tonight. Probably should have checked with my physio before starting, but Iโ€™ve been dying to run for a few weeks now. Ankle feels ok, but my opposite calf and lower back were not so pleased with me!

So proud of - completed this summer and can now run for 30 minutes. More evidence of her determination and commitment (the upside of occasional bloodymindedness!). Keep running, darling girl!
