Yes very true. And there is a real problem if you oversleep. Sleeping for more than 7- 8 hours indicates poor quality or unrefreshing sleep. If sleeping 9-10 hours a sleep study may be a good start in assessing if you have OSA.

This method of breathing doesn’t make any sense. They say to stop a yawn, hold a breath and breathe small portions. You are gagging a reflex, an involuntary motion when you do this. How is this even making sense?
