Ridesharing means: Increased congestion More pedestrian & cyclist deaths due to stressed, tired drivers Bigger contributions to global warming & air pollution than carshare programs bc cars are in use more Reduction in transit ridership and revenue

I know that article mainly focuses on , but it goes to show that their main focus is financial gain. They don’t give a shit about their rideshare passengers (or drivers- who make less than lyft but yet their company is worth more)

Deuteronomy 24:15 You shall give him his wages on the same day, before the sun sets (for he is poor and counts on it), lest he cry against you to the Lord, and you be guilty of sin. GUILTY!!!

This is such a ridiculous feature. You’re disrespecting every driver who drives for you. It’s tacky and I will NEVER take another Uber again! Uber's new feature lets riders 'quiet' drivers with one swipe

We don’t get paid that 23 minutes to you. We get paid for the 8 minute ride which is in San Francisco $3.15. No way would I pick you up for that. That’s a little over $6/hr. But then there’s gas, wear and tear, insurance and a multitude of other things.

Or, we could start using actual taxi cabs, and . It's not that complicated. Taxi drivers who paid thousands for their medallions are committing suicide, having lost all their business to the Silicon Valley con artists. Just a suggestion.

Ughhh as if REFUSED to bring my phone back to me unless I paid him £60 IN CASH. What kind of customer service is that? Threatening to keep it until the money was in his hands. Never felt so unsafe and vulnerable in my life! 😡😡😡

Are you joining the Uber and Lyft boycott on 🌺MAY 8🌺 (and hopefully forever)? Why boycott? Uber’s 100 billion dollar valuation is built off the massive exploitation of its drives. Also their business plan is to privatize public transportation 🤬

Hey , explain the math: addl £1/trip in central London means the average driver only makes 12 trips/day in the area 🤔? Sure this is not just a price increase in disguise? And why charge also on weekends and evenings?
