What's the difference now re political discretion on natural resource project approvals? We saw exercise so much abusive political discretion the Courts denounced his govt in review. may have flaws but the 10 reasons are very weak rebuttals!

I wonder if Mr. Kenney has met with the oil industry majors who have indicated that they prefer a less burdensome modified over none at all, given that it may create more uncertainty, with the courts guiding us in the direction of a new assessment process. Worth a listen?
