Much good to hear from Mike Sheridan at . Though I'd politely suggest that if a senior white leader is *still* "personally upset" by use of terminology around 'whiteness', and promotes "moving toward the centre", they do some more reading. Particularly if keynoting.

On the white middle class curriculum point. No one is suggesting a different curriculum for “other” students. We need to make sure that all students have access to a diverse range of high quality texts, teachers and materials from a diverse range of backgrounds

I think education is one of the most institutionally racist employers in England. Just look at the ethnicity of OFSTED teams, senior management and governing bodies around the country. It is actually quite shocking this hasn't been made more of an issue.
