Goal: Starting a new one tonight since consistency is going well with my physical journey....a 9 week bible study to get me spiritually in line as well; which also strengthens me mentally. As my gals would point out, we need balance in all aspects!

It is during the busiest times, with long to-do lists, the feeling of stress and overwhelm that we must still make time to prioritize our self-care. To go wherever or do whatever rejuvenates you so you can be the best version of yourself to serve others.

A3: early in my career my colleague told me of a concept called the 3rd space (i think) but it basically meant, have something to break up the work and home transition, like sport, gym, activity. Or else your mind stays at work-very helpful to me!
