I’m totally and utterly drained. I thought this year would be gentler. This year we are blessed to have our rainbow with us. This week has been a really tough one 😢

Good evening Jess...and everyone. Hope you are all ok. I’ve just got home from a event run by my local babyloss bereavement charity. It was touching but beautiful.

Little bit overwhelmed this year. The sheer scale of devastation - as in the number of people living with this heartbreak has floored me tonight

Thank you all for the engagement tonight! I've really enjoyed your responses and it helps to continually shape our study days. If you would like a study day in memory, you can sponsor one in memory or ask your hospital to contact us. Happy to answer questions

Hi all - I'm doing a piece for Youth and Childrenswork Magazine about how churches can respond well to . If you have stories, either positive or negative, DM me. I can change your name or make you anonymous if you'd like.

I am a GP trainee and I had a miscarriage at 11 weeks last year. I was not aware of the RCGP resource and definitely feel that my experience of baby loss is what has helped me to support other women in my practice.

I don’t feel like talking but I’m here. Heartbreaking to read your posts, but horribly comforting at the same time. My 5th Mother’s Day without Charlie 💔 still as painful. Love to you all xxxx

We’re in the middle of 19 events in 2019 in memory of our baby girl. Some sport related, running, cycling and mountain walks. Raising money for our neonatal and peads palliative care team. Definitely beneficial to have a focus, a goal & great people around us

This is my first year in this community. My son's first birthday is in 5 days. It's amazing having so many things to raise awareness in October but it's like it has hit us all at once. Still, so moving hearing all the various stories. Much love to everyone.

My husband just said to me “You’ve gone quiet which worries me, but also secretly pleases me a little” Floored him by replying: “It’s ok I’m just talking our relationship, warts and all, after baby loss on Twitter” 🤷🏼‍♀️😱😂

Listen to parents. If their answer isn't what you expected, respect that. Think about your environment, is it calm, or are you adding fuel to the fire? Be a human being, not a medical professional.

Sorry didn’t take part today in Great day today until I spotted a thread asking people’s favourite line in a song. Mine’s from Jeff Buckley - Last Goodbye. This is our last embrace Must I dream and always see your face? Within minutes I was crying at my desk.

This. Grief has definitely made me more aware of all emotions and that sometimes it’s ok to just be sad. There really isn’t a silver lining to everything

Dipping in to for the first time in ages. I love yoga when I find the motivation to do it, it always makes my brain calmer. I’d love to go to a class but being a big fat fatty I know I physically can’t do a lot of the movements.
