Everybody seems to have taken up bread making. Sourdough is my husband's favourite and sometimes only bread. I think I have got the hang of it! in the kitchen. Useful when intermittent attention is required πŸ˜‰

made this bread yesterday in a 1 lb tin... light/white flour plus wholemeal flour and black-treacle... it has a nutty slightly bitter taste... really love it... but wonder if it should be more Open in texture??? Any thoughts
