International crude prices have started falling since 2014. From about $110/barrel in 2013 the prices fell to $26/barrel in Feb 2016. But the Modi Govt has not lowered the petrol/diesel prices. In fact prices are increasing. Where is the money saved going?

With International Crude Oil Price dropping every day, we were expecting relief for the common man by reduction of petrol price! But, the heartless Modi govt continues to add taxes after taxes on the already burning pockets of people.

Karnataka has reduced taxes on Petrol. Modi has nearly doubled it. Crude prices have fallen by half, but petrol prices remains the same. All because Modi has increased taxes.

Revenue generated by the Union Govt. through taxing of fuel has doubled from 1.72 lakh cr in 2013 to 3.34 lakh cr in 2017 due to tripling of Excise Duty on fuel. Achhe Din has certainly arrived for Modi Govt and his Suit-Boot friends. But where is the money going?
