Bottoms was elected Mayor of Atlanta by 759 votes out of 92,169 total ballots cast, a difference of 0.8 percent. 759 votes is a team of 20 canvassers knocking on 38 doors each. In one afternoon. Volunteering on campaigns matters. Voting matters. DO. BOTH.

Mary Norwood wants everything to be recounted. The Absentee ballots, the military votes, the provisional ballots, low vote precincts, the hams, lambs, greens, tomatoes, potatoes, you name it!

If you were born anytime after 1974 in Atlanta, you only know a time with black mayors. Most black people in America have not been as fortunate as Atlanta to boast of 40+ years of blacks leading the city they call home.
