My own empirical research references the value to artists/alternative of these 'light touch' A4E funds (visual artists did particularly well in it) so very glad to see this post as further reference!

In passing OK but inclusively not IMO. W'd welcome opportunity to add evidence from 3-yr research (on relationships between and after 30 year period review) but at loss to know how best to. Are there people at ACE interested I could bring it to?
