When the revocation is sent, the Prime Minister sending it will be lying to be British people (half of them). The EU will not accept a revocation notice if they feel the promise is 'revoke now and resend later'. The revocation must be sent unqualified.

Article 50 is potentially damaging and locks all 28 member in. If EU Court says we can re-enter with same rights and obligations, maybe we need to go back as a member of the EU to push to rewrite article 50 so that we can leave safely?

You're right. He voted to allow May to trigger whenever she wanted, knowing there was no plan (he was in the cabinet), knowing Leave had no plan (he was in VL core campaign committee). He was complicit in that appalling decision.
