Over the long weekend the arrested 17 people for Impaired Driving offences including one driver who blew over 4X the legal limit. Another was tested under Mandatory Alcohol Screening where you’re tested at random. He blew over the limit.

14 blood samples off analysis as a result of the intoxication checkpoints carried out over the bank holiday weekend by the Regional Roads Policing Unit based at Dublin Castle. If you drink or take drugs, don’t drive.

: It is law in South Africa to wear a seatbelt. Regulation 213 of the NRTA, 93 of 1996 state that “No adult shall occupy a seat in a motor vehicle operated on a public road which is fitted with a seatbelt unless such person wears such seatbelt”.
