A3 Now is not the time to change your tech ecosystem. Being a 1:1 school gave us a real head start. Make sure everyone knows how to video conference, how they can use the basic creativity tools and how to upload resources and assignments.

A1: Don't try to replace the whole classroom experience. Giving kids a full 9-3 timetable will wear everyone out. Make sure your wellbeing team is strong and well supported

A3: Before a PL plan for staff, I believe that leaders and teachers schould always start with the “why” of moving to remote learning. This is something new to all, including students and parents. So, that should be cleared first.

A1: Maslow before Bloom at this point. Ensure learner safety and good environment so learning happens. Things had moved rapidly online. We need to trust the teachers. We are flying a plane we are currently building, too.
