Avoid like a plague. In line along w/6 others 1hr waiting for the 1 tix attendant 2 help a family. Apparently he couldnt find their booked tix. After, told us checkin expired, nothing he could do. We all missed our flights. No refunds. Wtf!

is literally useless. They cancel our flight last minute, put me on hold for 30 mins, hang up on me, then put me on a flight with multiple layovers. We’ve lost a day in beautiful Athens and money on rooming. What’s up AA??!

Worst travel day ever, From mechanical issues to no staff to missed connections and now stuck on the tarmac with every other plane in the fleet at DFW & a staff that’s about to be over their allowable work hours for the day. Sticking with for future.

. This is a portion of the long line at DFW following cancelled flights. My flight was cancelled on the way to Europe and coming back to the states Complete incompetence at every turn. Refused to put me on an airline that would get me home.
