This dental dept is new to and they don’t have a process for it. Anytime we have asked for training we’ve been told no, per management. We’re expected to meet numbers but they don’t have a system in place to measure said numbers.

Say yes to big data, say goodbye to basic math. Hours of phone conversations, tons of data and can’t fix basic deductible math. At a loss on what will get them to care about a paying customer!

Just called my office to ask for private patient information in order to dispense prescription. This is unacceptable as they have no business with clinical, personal and private patient information. They sell patient data without patient knowledge.

Why does charge $189 each for tests required by for attendance in ? The service is provided free by the county, & costs $20 & a competitor if one is uninsured. How is this just? That's our money at the end of the day!

Did & share a secret handshake to screw us? Were we suckers for even telling that we had insurance? If we'd pretended not to have insurance, we would've paid maybe $25 each out of pocket, instead of $189 each from our annual health budget.
