Anyone know how long are taking to process refunds? They won't even give a ballpark estimate. Has anyone actually received a refund from a cancelled flight?

Was the flights to Beijing for free ? A lot of pricks patting themselves on the back here. HSE staff are unbelievable πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Anybody who is working, dealing with the public is unbelievable - thank you! Should have had Lidl /tesco workers on to speak

So Aer Lingus advised us to change our flights we had for May 31st. So we did at an extra cost only to find out the day later they started issuing vouchers or refunds for the same flight. Pretty crap customer service. We all need more flexibility, we followed advice!

- some feedback. I've traveled with you for years. I've noticed that your phone customer service has taken a real nose dive since you left Fexco. You used to be far superior than budget carriers for customer support. You've now slipped below.

continued to let customers down, defy government orders, ignore international policy, spit in the faces of customers, and has the audacity to continue to ask for the patience of people waiting over a month for their refund. Classy.
