conducted Project Bus Ride today focusing on distracted driving enforcement. In partnership with the & First Transit- officer rode transit buses, watching for distracted drivers & other violators. Driving offence fines will range from $109 to $368.

This is Cst. John Goyer. 20 yrs ago we went thru the police academy together. He used to smile before, during & after all of the runs we did on those New West hills. It was annoying. He passed away 12 years ago. The 1st line of duty death. He is missed & remembered.
