34 sign-ins today, & I believe I missed a couple unfortunately Some were just consults & ath. needing to talk but also rehab, bandages & tape, evals, etc This may seem like a large number, but I’m glad my ath. trust me enough to take care of them!

For those of you who have asked before.. I travel with my JH team to places that don’t have ATs. I always call ahead. Yes, it’s tiring.. but I’m not about to let those kids play without an AT on their sideline.

Why not hire an athletic trainer who deals with the prevention, examination, diagnosis, treatment & rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries & medical conditions? Maybe one who is also a certified strength coach (CSCS) & can implement programs?

What happens if this is a high school Athlete and the school "doesn't have the money" to employ a Medical Provider aka Athletic Trainer? Just hope and pray the coaching staff provides the standard of medical care?
