SINGLE fraction SBRT for liver metastases presented by . N=33 patients (39 lesions) treated to 35 or 40 Gy in 1 fx. 4-year local control 96.2%, 3 Grade 2 toxicities, 0 Grade 3-5 toxicities. Regimen appears effective, safe and convenient.
