I have watched really amazing asynchronous sessions at but (un)surprisingly many received almost no comments/feedback. Unless they have received private emails etc. this virtual format won't be sustainable in the long run, at least for the asynchronous part...

Diversity and inclusion is a hogwash term in . I am surprised that no one has raised this: 400 USD for a virtual conference (membership + fee) is a prohibitively large sum for marginalized voices to participate in the world’s largest management conference.
