The Migration Office in Mexico is one of the most corrupt institutions in the country, the new government of stated that earlier this year, they have extorted many foreigners. This is very sad and I hope can avoid their deportation to their war-torn countries.

Question: Mexico's president has introduced the word "fifi" into the national discourse. What's the best way to translate "fifi" for a U.S. audience? Bourgeois? Yuppie? The Varsity Blues clique? Educated elites? Private school plutocrats?
