Housing advocates should stand for a principle - it should be easy to build whatever damn kind of home you want. Once started down the road of requiring others to build in place of larger single family, don't have a principled position anymore. Just a social preference.

LET'S MAKE: Attached and detached accessory dwellings () a use by right in all residential zone districts; it is a good equitable way to start. This should be done across the city, with no turf wars, or neighborhood preferences.
