Amazing infrared satellite capture of TD approaching Hainan Island. It is engulfed with a large and complex monsoon gyre situated over the whole of West Philippine Sea. This causes monsoonal rains over western parts of most of the country.

Invest sure is one broad system w/c appears to be composed of multiple distinct areas of vorticity or smaller disturbances seemingly rotating around each other over the S China Sea. Development will likely be slow as it approaches Southern during next couple of days.
