. Had a discussion over the weekend with a friend of mine who is an EMT but had not heard about . He was surprised that the focus of physical use of force was on chokeholds and not on leaving people in the prone position unnecessarily long.

and whomever introduced it is hella irresponsible because that’s what these cops have latched onto and that’s what’s gonna start to dominate public discourse. How telling is it that so many depts. have adopted so many, if not all of these reforms?
