Good initiative. Hopefully, its in line with of constitution, & includes MPC and Ward committees in planning. Parastatals need to be merged with BBMP, and BBMP needs a full term elected mayor. Hope all of these happen first. Good planning is an outcome of these!

There is no point in the Govt revisiting the draft @RMP2031, they need to constitute Ward Level Planning Committees, and build capacity at the ward level to do local level planning, which must be aggregated at the MPC level!
