This my face after day 5 of . It’s HARD. I ran marathons, ultras did all kinds of workouts before having a kid. And I loved every hilly muddy second. But this is like getting to know your body all over again after eating like crud for 4 years. Stay fit. This part is hard

So I finally started working out again, started Monday, and i decided to change up my schedule. Woke up at 4am and did . Ate my overnight oats for breakfast and DAMN do i feel ready for the day!
