I’m a caseload midwife with only my partner for support locally and I have a just 4yo and a 6yo. I couldn’t manage 12.5 hour shifts, no one could have the kids at 6am!! Caseload I plan my own time around kids and husbands shifts!

Say what you like about Theresa May (& I'm a liberal so I have), but she assumed leadership whilst the men in her party played childish games with one another. In times of crisis, it's so often the women who pick up the slack despite the egregious misogyny they face for doing so.
