Positives: Now profitable. Not as bad as Walsh. Negatives: Surcharges. CW update years late w/10yr old Super Diamond seats w/doors. Y ignored for years. F will soon be worse than J. Pilots take a pay cut in ‘09, and don’t even get that back w/offer. &:

He’s making them a tidy profit at the expense of the customer and BA employees, so I wouldn’t expect him to lose his job, no. I would have expected a data breach, IT failures, etc. to do that though. Yours, a paying pax.

Usually if you do a poor job, you don’t keep that job, never mind a 55% pay increase. I know that much. Walsh did a better job, and that’s saying something.

I look forward to BA fares (including fees & surcharges) only increasing by 11.5% over the next 3 yrs. Wouldn’t want to see BA on the breadline either. And don’t try to bring up “investment” in Club World - that’s years late and with 10yr old Super Diamond seats w/a door.

It’s nice to know Cruz can get by on £1.5M (up from £830K in 2017). 11% over 3 years is 3.6% a year. Cruz got 55% over 2 years. And he didn’t take a pay cut during lean times as he was making a mess of Veuling at that time.

2/2.. Cruz (and Walsh): Club World 5-6 years overdue refit replaced with 10yr old Super Diamond suites w/a door; excessive fees and surcharges, First being a good business product, no food, economy ignored for 15+yrs. etc. You really think pax frustration is w/ 😂

BA employees recent survey: 36% of employees said the airline was making the right choice for the customer, while only 21% of employees said they feel recognized for the contribution they make.. 1/2..

How about the frustration of BA pilots and crew and other BA employees who took a pay cut to get the airline back on track during the lean times who are now being offered a pay raise just above inflation... 11% over 3 years = 3.6%.

Agreed. I always thought Romero was a good signing, and always does a good job when he’s called upon. Recent years - Dave’s form has meant Romero only got some domestic cup games and then Europa, but he needs to play more right now and give DDG a kick up the arse.

The 11% is over 3 years, so barely scrapes inflation. Imagine fares only increasing by 3.6% each year. Don’t forget BA pilots also took a pay cut during harder times. P.s. Alex Cruz makes £1.5M. Up from £830K in 2017.

Cynthia - I suggest you ask if PTSD is a disability. (It is). The ADA is governed by the DoJ civil rights division, so I wouldn’t continue down this discriminatory path.

Last year we got stereo video recording, so I guess this year you’re going to finally open up the stereo mic API so can record in stereo? Didn’t think so.
