I just think they should leave the kids alone. Stop trying to force them in a category or label, they aren't they/them/he/him/her/she they are kids. Leave them alone. I was such a Tom boy growing up. I didn't do my hair or care about make up. I wanted to build forts....

And play football cause the girls were jerks and I had more guy friends. I never once questioned my identity cause no body told me I was supposed to. Now I'm a hairstylist. I just don't understand why everyone needs to reshape their childhoods. Leave then alone.

All it tells you is differentiations from culturally constructed gender roles have become more acceptable therefore people are more comfortable being whoever they want to be. This is America, the land of the Free, don’t be mad. It’s ok for people to be different.
