Making diverse "hires" is only a temporary solution at best. What we need are more diverse "hiring decision makers". We need more underrepresented folks in leadership roles. I love seeing folks get into dev roles but what excites me are seeing Eng Mgrs, PM's, CTO's, CIO's, Execs.

I don't know exactly when DynamoDB published this guide of best practices but it is a **masterclass** in documentation. I now refer to it constantly My new goal is to get the SEO on this page higher so people can answer their DDB modeling questions.
