Adani's Abbot Point coal terminal has been shut down since 10.30 pm last night by 5 protestors, 4 locking on to coal loading equipment. Tess Newport, 22, wants to end the mining industry ripping off communities, and wants new jobs in clean renewables.

I've been arrested with by Qld police after taking part in a blockade of the Adani coal mine rail construction site at Belyando, 270km west of Bowen. We were arrested along with a dozen other climate activists & charged with trespass unlawfully on a place of business.
