I’ve just recommended to the wife of someone who’s in hospital after a heart attack. He needs to quit, and the app can be there for him all day and all night, whenever he needs support. She’s relieved that he’s not being left on his own to struggle through

I’d also like to applaud the scientists and researchers who look for the benefits instead of the harms, to counter the tsunami of negative data coming from so many countries. There are attempts to shut them down and without the it would be harder to hear them
