Q: How can you tell if foil is pure aluminium (recyclable) or plastic coated (not recyclable)? A: Do the scrunch test! Pure foil will stay scrunched, and plasticised foil springs back - it also stretches rather than tears. If it stays scrunched, you can recycle it 😀

Asking never-smokers/vapers to vape - which they may now believe is harmful - causes transient changes in blood flow. Duh. "After a few minutes, everything normalizes...." Smoking, coffee, exercise & sex all cause transient blood flow changes...

In England fewer young people smoking and those who do are smoking less. In 2018, mean consumption of cigarettes in the last week by regular smokers was 24.7, which has fallen from 44.1 in 2007.
