What a great personality. Jeff's answer was pretty clear. Customer satisfaction and experience is only that matters. . .

Business plan is very important for entrepreneurs. Doesn't have to be like the traditional lengthy one rather a 10 slide plan with major topics such as target market and roadmap for next 12 months and ways to get there will be enough. Try making one and you will know it's worth!

Undercover boss program taught us a great lesson. Always try to listen to your employees and give them an environment where they will be able to express themselves and enjoy the work! You bottom level employees deal with the reality and hearing them out will help business a lot.

The highest number of shares you should give a co-founder added who originally didn't found the company should be below 5% and some salary rather than just giving away 10 or 20. Because at later stage funding, the real founder will be left with nothing.

One of the best lesson I learned recently : Never include your friends on your startup based on sentiments. Also Do not hesitate to include an outsider as co-founder just to keep all the shares.

One important piece of startup success is having a good co-founder. Most of the hit companies had a team in the beginning.

. . First step in social media marketing is to find the areas your target audience hangout in. If you start using everything random then it will be a time waste. Rather first decide the social media that you wanna use. Then create and distribute quality content.

Social Media marketing is most effective way for startup to advertise for free and get more audience. Only secret to succeed is create quality content that will help your audience and make sure they want to know it then share it through major social media channels.

. Entrepreneurs trying to raise startup capital from Angels or VCs go through a lot of anxiety and depression and stress when they do not receive reply for a long time. Startup fundraising needs to be simple and efficient rather than stressful.

. An Angel or VC need only a elevator pitch and some clarifications about the business to decide whether to invest in a startup or not. Entrepreneurs waste a lot of time preparing ideal pitch deck because most of the time this gets ignored.

Definitely introducing even higher quality video will be cool but won't increase the quality of life because we already have smartphones that takes high quality video. Seems like a new marketing strategy.

Here the main problem is a entrepreneur doesn't know whether to approach an Angel or VC, I have seen the case where great startups getting "NO" just because of choosing the wrong type of Investor.

. Usually an Angel Investor prefer to invest in startups that is close to where they are located. This is because they would be able to actively participate in the activities. So try to look for the Angels near you rather than emailing the ones that are far.
