New CIS poll finds Spain's would win 41.3 per cent of the vote, close to a majority if there was an election. Might this tempt acting PM to hold on for a fourth election in as many years in November?

.I am praying that the UK Govt. turns out to be a limbo one, incapable of passing a no-deal Brexit. Sanchez has very wisely refused to be dragged away from the centre-left and will now concentrate on attracting centrist voters away from an increasingly far-right Ciudadanos party

Spain PM loses confidence vote and repeat election could happen in November. Hardly surprising, political system is totally dysfunctional and will stay like that.

Can Spanish PM strike a deal with leader Pablo Iglesias before September or will voters have to return to the polls for the fourth election in as many years? After losing a second investiture motion in a week, things don't look good
