The Structured Data Testing tool can still be used and is useful for structured data that isn't for rich results, such as breadcrumbs. If you are specifically interested in structured data for rich results, we recommend the Rich Results Test. 😊

It works as intended. The Structured Data Testing tool shows ListItem markup for your page,but nothing that is supported in rich results. Here is some documentation on the supported types: The information may still be used, just not in rich results yet.
