Got it. Could you try removing its battery and put it back in? After that, remove that Nest Protect on your Nest app and re-add it again. Let us know if it'll help.

Gotcha. No worries, we've got you covered. Let's try to go in Settings > Reset > Network and reset to erase all network information, also please check if you can connect it to a mobile hotspot. Keep us posted.

You'll need to use the Google Home App to manage family members like adding, removing, or view your family members. Also, you'll have to use the Google Home App if you wish to rename or delete your unified Google home. Learn more here:
