It seems that version 1901 of 356 stretches animated gifs to approximately 150% of their height. Doesn’t seem to be a CSS/tables issue.

Spent far too long today trying to determine why some systems would update Outlook to v1901 and others were stuck at 1808. All to diagnose a rendering issue in the new version.

implication is that anything not packaged in core WP is bad, all plugins are bloat, and it's easy to hack. WP is designed to be lightweight & flexible. Reputable plugins enhance functionality and undergo regular security audits.
