And.........we're back. Thanks for your patience everyone, we're still working behind the scenes to ensure everything is replicating correctly.

We're in the process of performing multiple restores across our Postgres clusters, we're hoping to have some positive news soon. At this time we're not expecting any loss of data, recovery should return to the initial point of maintainence.

We're working on it still, recovering large amounts of data can be hard to estimate unfortunately.

The maintenance was performed at the most optimal time for disruptions but unfortunately we experienced a replicating corruption to our Postgres cluster, we're working around the clock now to bring service back. Very sorry!

We're now in the process of performing a restore, if successful we should be able to provide better ETA's on full service restoration. Our deepest apologies, the team is working around the clock on this.

We're still working hard on restoring data, we're dealing with corruption and large file sizes so unfortunately they take time to check / transfer & restore.

We're working as hard as we can to get everything back up and running without impacting data integrity. We'll keep you updated once we have an ETA, sorry for letting you down 😔

Restoration is taking longer as we need to ensure no loss of data, so everything is syncing from a redundant data center. We're trying to speed things up as much as we can.

Our scheduled maintainence window is taking a little longer than expected, please bear with us - we'll update more shortly.
