Got my first (by ) config up and running. Creates some GCE instances at and pulls a playbook from repo to build a working LEMP stack. Yes using images prebuild with LEMP stack would be better, but I wanted the whole thing to work.

You should use to host your code yourself if you really believe that privacy matters ;) It has all the features of github just without having to trust a (Microsoft-owned) third-party.

Finally set up my own git sever using . Took me less than half an hour to set up. Would definitely recommend. It uses ridiculously little RAM (about 60MB not counting postgres), so it runs fine on a small VPS or a Raspberry Pi.

Entreprise is too expensive for your company? is too heavy for your server? Give a try to . I love it: free, lightweight, and so easy to implement.
