Thanks for the screenshot! Hmmm, this is typically when your account needs to be setup through your bank's website. Please log into your WSECU account to finish your account setup, or reach out to our support team by email - they can provide additional, secure instructions.

Thanks for letting us know! Sometimes our servers get 'unlucky' with bank maintenance windows over weekends. Did you know you can Re-sync your account balances in the app? Visit your bank settings, and tap 'Options' on the top right!
