Hey - A table pipeline had a brief issue - it was fixed very soon after but for some reason the data repopulation lagged. If not resolved by now, please reach out to hello@getawair.com.

Did the gaps occur between 11pm PT (July 21st) - 1am (July 22nd) PDT? We are working on repopulating that data by July 23. If the gaps are elsewhere, you may want to try hello@getawair.com.

We ran out of 2nd Edition (which was cleared for UK/EU) and are beginning to work on preparing Element for these regions. No ETA yet, but the site will be back once we have items to sell.

Yes, the walnut version has been discontinued. While the wood was sustainably sourced, we wanted to give the trees a break and make a more affordable unit. On a better note, Elements are en route to the Canadian warehouse and should have availability in 2 or so weeks.

Hi Alexandre, we are short on inventory with more on the way. The Canada warehouse should be back in stock and in about 3-4 weeks. Hugely sorry for the delay, we got caught off guard by unexpected demand.

Hi Chris, we are currently beta testing new features in-house - not ready for prime time yet though - and updating some of the tips and content links, to start. Thanks for the great question!

Correct. Compared to 2nd Edition, Element doesn't have an on device sound alert, although you can get alerts from your phone via the free app. And (sigh) no walnut wood casing. While sustainably sourced, we wanted to give the trees a break & make IAQ monitoring more accessible.

Thank you for the feedback - it's been passed to the product team. We want to deliver a great app experience and, in order to do so, we're applying resources & focus to the core IAQ features near-term. AQICN, AirNow for AQI; Dark Sky for weather are some options for now.

Unfortunately, we do not have plans for Homekit in the foreseeable future. We were far down the path for Awair 2nd Edition but didn’t get there before the product ran out, and no plans for Awair Element at this point in time.
