Be bold start cold. Anything less than 5 deg and I wear running tights and a light running jacket if it’s really cold I wear a hat and gloves but normally find I ditch them after a while. I only ever wear one base layer.

It’s the questions you ask not how you ask them.

WTAF! I looked to see if this was a piss take. I guess someone just watched Star Wars and got a bit freaked out, because they don’t understand the difference between new and Si Fi

Oh hold on I’m sure your other half did a lot more work than you. She’s the real hero.

Isn’t marine ply called marine ply because it’s supposed to be used for boat building? Ie no warping I recon you’d be fine as long as it’s supported. I’d be more concerned about sagging over that length.

Accessible design is just good design. Be so good that nobody would choose to go to a competitor even if one exists. It's a huge competitor advantage to design good (accessible) services and products.

"Always design a thing by considering it in its next larger context – a chair in a room, a room in a house, a house in an environment, an environment in a city plan" - Eliel Saarinen Which means you need to research the next larger context and not just 'your' thing.

I remember you telling me this years and years ago in a pub. I’ve been trotting it out as my own. Now everyone will know.

Yea I agree. Maybe we need to start with defining good enough for who. I’m not sure that inclusion was considered when the term MVP was coined. Maybe there’s a better way to talk about incremental release of value to *all* users.

I effing hate the term MVP. It’s often used to mean many different things by different ppl. I really find it hard to define MVP. The best I’ve managed to come up with so far is the minimum you can do to deliver the most value

This is the change most pre-Internet era organisations find hardest to grasp. Fund teams, not projects.
