Low interest rate world, monetarism ineffective so you are left with the Keynesian. Political power asymmetries key problem w/money amplifying power. Some of that could be fixed by approriate legislation. Current mood for change in US needs to be translated to law to last.

This is devastating news for some Chinese students: 1) Chinese govt doesn't want them back; 2) pervasive internet censorship, surveillance in China; 3) Zoom blocks China-based users from meetings if govt requests; 4) Chinese govt routinely detains people for their speech.
